Once again it's sew strips together into a long strip, measure size and cut across the strip to form a square. Put 2 squares together so that the strips of one square are perpendicular to the other square's strips. Sew around the outer edges of the squares then cut diagonally from corner to corner to form 4 wedges that unfold open into 4 blocks. Then arrange.
