The silk sheets slithered, outlining each rise and dip of his body in their wake. They were cool hands stroking which his sleepy mind appreciated and another part thought arousing.

“What,” his voice rough from the night, “again?”

A laugh answered as warm fingers wrapped around his ankles, lifting, spreading them wide. Jade, for a week his name was Jade, felt the soft silk tighten on them and his hands grasped the silk around his wrists to hang on. Heated kisses climbed up the exposed expanse of his thigh, promising torment before release. His loss at cards was his gain.


Loss is Not Losing but it Would be Nice to Win

Oh I don't know if he necessarily wanted to lose. It could be him kissing up those thighs and steeling he way into the treasure house.
