FB3X Drabble Cascade #3 - stone

Tossing it out there (PG m/m)
Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100
Prompt: Stone

‘I love you,’ lay under his ribs waiting.
‘I need you,’ burned in his chest.
‘I want to be inside you,’ other areas insisted.

“Um, Hi,” issued from his mouth to the object of his desire.

Tony turned then smiled seeing who it was, “Hi yourself.”

Harry raptly considered the pond behind Tony, asking,‘You wanna hang out?’
His brain impatiently overrode that to, “Wanna go back to my place and fuck?”

Words stuttered out between coughing, “Um rain check?”

Horrified at his self-betrayal, “Sorry.”

“Gotta class next hour. Tomorrow?”

“Okay.” Harry coolly tossed a stone into the rippling water.

Poor Harry, so nervous, but not a bad outcome. So much happening in so few words.

Thank you. *grins* It was supposed to be a casual circling of a wanna-be-a-lover-of-this-person and it jumped right out into the light.

Aww, Harry is so sincere and the stone into the water is a lovely visual at the end.

Thank you. *grins* What do you do when you put your foot in your mouth? Play it casual if the other person will let you.

Thank you. *grins* Harry lucked out on this one.

LOL nice one Harry, wonder if the stone skimmed the surface?!

*grins* No stones skimmed the surface.
There were radiating ripples from where the stone entered the water; an artsy metaphor for where their relationship is going for a slip of the tongue. *smiles* I try so hard to be deep.
