“Andy, voles have five tribes. Each female can have 5 to 10 litters yearly, with five to ten young each litter, which in turn start breeding at one month of age,” Simon patiently hissed in explanation. “So if I eat this one vole,” he held the meadow mouse trapped by its tail, “it will hardly deplete the population at all.”

“Simon, let him go.”

“I’m hungry.”

“He’s a cute little mousie wousie. Let him go Simon.”

“He’s a vole. Remember what happened to your apples trees last winter.”

“They all died, their trunks were girdled.”

“Voles did it.”

“Eat him!”

That was a quickly changed mind but please say he's going to turn snakey first because I'm picturing something from the series 'V' now *shudder* ;)

We are people of a certain age... we remember "V"

Yes, Simon will be in his snake form when he eats the vole. Now how will he do this familiar change without losing his nibble though?

I shall think on it.

Yep.

LMAO I can imagine Andy going EUW at his lovers antics, I can also imagine the pouts if Simon looses his furry snack.

Pizza tonight love?

Eeeeewe. But then I can't imagine eating a dormouse either. Romans loved eating them.
