Yep, Arath is new to this plane from the Demon one. He's not culturally in sync yet but he's trying very hard to be respectful by informing the parent he's met of his intentions.
Oh he's not condescending, he's confident and there's this special glow about Poof that says he's 'The One'.

Don't know how things will go with this yet. It's still percolating. Kormier does give good advice. Whether or not Poof will remember as things get going.... slow courtship. Poof is still very young/naive.
