It is gorgeous. The shading on the moon, the many colors in the sky done with the brush stroke suggesting the lines on the pages, the pleasing sensuous waves and then the stark lithe shadow of the tree in front of all of this. There is the suggestions of stars in the background and large rain drops/ cold fireflies/ winter tinkerbells...could be any of those or a combination. It's left up to the viewer.
