Oh snap, I'm mid story with this one and "the creation of a homeless shelter FOR familiars" with wizard apprentice volunteers who just might find the familiar of their dreams.

There'd have to be a gala fund raiser to create it... maybe the university could sponsor the majority of it because it would be used by students like interns for hospitals.
