Yup! Well, it worked the last time I used it. I no longer have the tv it was plugged into and haven't figured a way to fit the darn thing in the living room.

It is part of the original machine purchased by my parents in 1981. It was combined with parts from a different machine in the mid-90's.

I have dozens of videos, though most are pirated. We lived overseas, it's the way it was done.
