The Pecan Tree did not Lie
When we first moved here we planted a Pecan tree in the front yard.
My Mom told me that you could tell when winter was over when the Pecan tree budded out.
It hasn't yet.
Yesterday it was 87.3°F at 17:12
Today it's drizzling at 11:32am and 34.6°F
There are freeze warnings out for some of the counties near here in:
Cooke, Grayson, Jack, Montague, Palo Pinto, Wise
I'm in Tarrant.
